FAW Group Corporation (FAW) announced to donate 50 million yuan supporting local people affected by rainstorms and floods in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jilin and Heilongjiang.

FAW, together with its Hongqi, Jiefang, and Bestune brands, as well as its two joint ventures- FAW-Volkswagen and FAW Toyota, donated funds and materials worth of 50 million yuan, for the cash and logistics for post-disaster recovery and reconstruction. 

Besides funds and materials, FAW also provides service and special care policy for users. Hongqi, Jiefang, Bestune, FAW-Volkswagen and FAW Toyota will provide care services including all time rescue, vehicle safety inspection, vehicle repair discount, spare parts rapid supply, etc. Hongqi and FAW Toyota also send warning messages through WeChat and other channels to inform its uesrs.

In the fight with rainstorms and floods, FAW will fulfill its corporate social responsibility, provide support for the stricken areas, and focuse on the progress in the flood prevention and disater relief work, offer strong support and play an important role in the disaster relief.
