FAW’s Hongqi H5 was appointed as the official vehicle for 14th International Symposium on Advanced Vehicle Control (AVEC’18) which was held in Beijing on Jul 17. Hongqi brand’s power assembly and latest technique and products debuted at the symposium.
The 14th International Symposium on Advanced Vehicle Control (AVEC’18) was held from July 16th to July 20th in Beijing. FAW Hongqi exhibited its latest R&D results at the symposium. Hongqi H5 sedan was appointed as the official vehicle to serve the conference.
Since successfully first held in Yokohama in 1992, AVEC has brought together the world best researchers and engineers, and is considered as one of the most attractive international conferences in automotive control technologies.
FAW showed Hongqi intelligent interconnection technologies and brand-new engines at the symposium. As one of the pioneers in self-driving research and development in China, FAW has launched L3 self-driving road test in 2011, marked a milestone in China’s automotive industry. In 2018, FAW accelerated its pace in independent R&D and made great progress in car remote control system, intelligent vehicle and vehicle-home appliances interconnection.
