In order to celebrate the passing of six decades since the unveiling of Hongqi’s original model in 1958, FAW is launching new top-of-the-range 60th anniversary versions of both Hongqi H7 and H5 models.

The two models offer the same high quality performance that the standard model has to offer, but upgrades many detail designs in exterior and interior, and adds exclusive logo in headlights, C-pillars, and doorsteps.

The year 2018 marked the 60th anniversary of the birth of Hongqi brand, and also a new starting point for the legendary and luxury automotive brand of China. In January, FAW released new Hongqi development strategy, to promote Hongqi’s R&D, styling, and marketing. At Auto China 2018 in April, Hongqi exhibited 7 models, including L5, H7, H5 models, new energy models and a concept model. From Jul 31 to Aug 2, a series of Hongqi 60th anniversary celebrating activities were held to show the latest outcomes of the implementation of New Hongqi Strategy, including Hongqi headquarters, Hongqi new factory, and new models.
