FAW Jiefang announced that Jiefang heavy truck sales ranked number one in China domestic market for the month of January, a good beginning for the sales of the whole year. The company sold a total of 11,367 Jiefang medium and heavy trucks during the month, with its market share rose 7.1 percent year on year to 21.3 percent. The sales of heavy truck were 7852 units, a year on year jump of 69.6 percent.
