On Aug. 2, on behalf of CPC Central Committee and China State Council, Gao Xuanmin，Deputy Minister of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, announced decision of the top alternation of China FAW Group Corporation that Xu Liuping was appointed Chairman of the BOD, and Secretary of FAW Group CPC Standing Committee. Xu Ping, former Chairman of FAW Group was appointed Chairman of the BOD, and Secretary of China South Industries Group Corporation.
